Kushite’s Vegetable Cuisine

Kushite’s Vegetable Cuisine is a vegan restaurant in Kingston Jamaica located at 3 Deanery Road . Their Instagram page says they offer plant food/ital restaurant & meal deliveries, catering and custom vegan products from Wednesdays to Saturdays with Weekly pop ups @summitkingston at 16 Chelsea Avenue near New Kingston. Kushites offers gourmet plant-based dishes like their ackee wrap made with spelt flour, green Thai curry cashew stew over black rice, El Cubano salad with baked plantain and spicy black beans, and callaloo mushroom tomato cups. The menu also includes chickpea omelets, ackee-stuffed johnny cakes, cinnamon baked plantains, raw fruit pies with almond-date crust, and detox teas like dandelion and lemongrass lemonade.
