  1. Introduction: Effective date May 1, 2026, these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of One Stop Vegan, including the directory, news magazine, listings, Events pages, and store (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

  2. Services and listings
    • Directory listings: Listings can be searched and accessed free of charge. Businesses may submit listings, without charge; submitters warrant accuracy of information.
    • Editorial content: Articles and news are for informational purposes only; opinions are editorial and do not constitute professional advice.
    • Online store: Occasional sales events are subject to separate store terms, product availability, and return policies posted at time of sale.
  3. Accounts and user responsibilities
    • Account creation: Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
    • Age requirement: You must be 16+ (or local legal age) to create an account.
    • Prohibited actions: No impersonation, spam, illegal activity, or uploading harmful content, including but not limited to profanity, discriminatory, violent, racist or sexist content.
  4. Content ownership and license
    • User content: You retain ownership of content you submit but grant One Stop Vegan a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, and display it.
    • Site content: All editorial content, design, and trademarks are owned by One Stop Vegan and protected by copyright.
  5. Moderation and removals
    We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove listings or user content that violate these Terms or applicable law, without liability.
  6. Payments, fees, and refunds
    • Paid listings or ads: Fees and billing terms are set at purchase.
    • One day store purchases: Payment processors handle transactions; refunds follow the posted store refund policy. We are not responsible for payment processor failures.
  7. Disclaimers and warranties
    All services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  8. Limitation of liability
    T    o the maximum extent permitted, One Stop Vegan’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  9. Indemnification
    Users acknowledge and agree that all business listings, including but not limited to addresses, geographic locations, contact details, operating hours, and service descriptions, are provided on the Website on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. The Website Owner does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any such information, whether supplied directly by businesses, third parties, or generated through automated systems. To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law, the Website Owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or expense arising from reliance on incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or misleading listing information. Users and listed businesses hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website Owner, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (i) inaccuracies in listing information provided by the user or business, (ii) the user’s reliance on any listing information, or (iii) any dispute between users and listed businesses regarding the accuracy of addresses, locations, or other business details; You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
  10. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may close accounts by contacting support; certain data may be retained for legal compliance.
  11. Governing law and disputes
    Governing law: Jamaica. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.
  12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where required, notified to users.
